Job summary

K-Pool Gaming Café in Ajman is seeking a friendly, reliable Cashier to join our team. You will greet customers, process orders, handle payments, and provide helpful recommendations.

Work with kitchen and gaming staff to ensure smooth operations, maintain a clean cashier area, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. Ideal candidates have cashier or customer service experience, good math skills, and a positive attitude. Visa transfer availability preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.


• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure items are entered correctly into the system.


• Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain a balanced cash register.


• Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions about the menu, promotions, and services. Provide helpful recommendations.


• Promotions and Upselling: Promote café specials, new items, and loyalty programs to customers.


• Basic Computer and games Knowledge: Should have basic computer and games knowledge as we are a gaming cafe and billiard club.


• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized throughout your shift.


• Coordinate with Staff: Work closely with kitchen and gaming staff to ensure smooth operations.


• Inventory Control: Assist in tracking stock levels for cashier-related items and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

Skills

• Should have own visa that can be Transferred to the company.


• Previous Experience: Experience in cashier, customer service, or retail roles is preferred.
