Job summary

TOPTALENT in Dubai is seeking a Conversion Sales Agent with French to join a dynamic international team. You will promote products, manage leads, and drive conversions while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires native French, English at B2 level, and proven phone-based FX sales experience. Relocation support and an excellent remuneration package are provided to attract top talent.

Position: Conversion Sales Agent with French

Location: Dubai UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary Commission and Full Relocation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and service
• Proven track record in sales preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
• The goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in French both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous phone-based sales experience from FX industry is a MUST!
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills
• Availability to start/join with the short notice
