Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join the operational leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental management for event projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client standards while driving commercial performance and owning P&L outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of HSE activities across multiple event sites and projects.
• Develop, implement, and oversee HSE programs, policies, and procedures tailored to event operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE legislation, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Manage budget planning, cost control, and financial performance tied to HSE services (P&L ownership).
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and clients to integrate safety with business objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to HSE and field teams.
• Report on KPIs, safety performance, and commercial outcomes to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar leadership role in operational environments (preferably events, security, or related sectors).
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable P&L ownership.
• Deep knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
• Track record of delivering HSE excellence in fast-paced operational settings.
