VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies in Dubai, UAE, seeks a highly skilled Full Stack – GenAI Developer to drive modern MERN-based projects with GenAI integrations. You will work on complex banking/retail style workflows and contribute to AI agent architectures.

The role requires hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and containerized microservices, plus strong API, cloud, and CI/CD capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript & NoSQL
• Strong MERN Stack experience – Node.js, React.js & MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLM, RAG & AI Agents
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph
• Experience designing and integrating AI Agents into real-world workflows
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Hands-on experience with RAG amp; Vector Databases
• Experience with Cloud & Open Source LLMs
• Strong REST API & Microservices development
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI experience
• Docker & Kubernetes / OpenShift
• CI/CD, Git & production deployment
• WebSockets, asynchronous programming & event-driven architecture
• LLM prompt engineering and API/SDK integration
• Performance tuning, debugging & monitoring
• Banking or Retail domain experience is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Combine Full Stack Development with GenAI, including AI Agents and RAG workflows
• Design, implement and optimize MERN-based apps with scalable GenAI integrations
• Collaborate on cloud, containerization, CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
