Job summary

Our client in Dubai, UAE is seeking a senior Full Stack AI Engineer with 7 years of experience to design and operate AI-driven systems using Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL and Azure OpenAI. The role involves end-to-end ownership of complex agentic workflows, integrations with SAP and M365, and production-grade engineering.

The candidate must be proficient in model selection, evaluation, and monitory production systems, with strong debugging and explanatory skills.

Qualifications

• 7 years of proven experience in full-stack development with AI ML focus.
• Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Azure OpenAI.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with production monitoring, debugging, and optimization.
• UAE Based: Must be residing in the UAE; visa status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Workflow Development: Design and deploy multi-step orchestration tool using Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL and Azure OpenAI UAE North.

Our client is looking for a senior Full Stack AI Engineer with 7 years of experience building end to end agentic workflows The position focuses on designing and operating AI driven systems using Python FastAPI React PostgreSQL and Azure OpenAI UAE North with integrations to SAP M365 and external data sources The engineer must have strong ML AI foundations production grade engineering skills and the ability to fully own debug and explain code

Job Responsibilities

• Agentic Workflow Development: Design and deploy multi-step orchestration tool calling and human-in-the-loop gates using Python FastAPI , React , PostgreSQL and Azure OpenAI UAE North
• AI ML Expertise: Strong foundation in model selection and evaluation , classical ML where it outperforms LLMs , retrieval quality and production monitoring
• Production Engineering: Proven experience building and operating agent systems in production. AI-assisted development is expected but you must fully own, understand, debug and explain your code
• Integrations: Experience working with SAP , M365 , and external data sources
