ESOL Global is urgently seeking an experienced AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-impact project in Dubai. The role targets senior technologists with enterprise banking and GenAI experience, strong frontend with React and TypeScript, plus hands-on backend capabilities.

You will design AI-native solutions, build microservices, integrate AI tools, and ensure secure, scalable software in a cloud-native environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams across banking functions.

ESOL Global is urgently hiring an experienced AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-impact project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is suited for senior technology professionals with extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale banking platforms and AI-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript, combined with backend development skills and hands‑on experience building GenAI-powered solutions. Candidates should be capable of working with modern cloud‑native architectures, secure development practices, and enterprise banking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-native full-stack applications for enterprise banking platforms.
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs using modern backend technologies.
• Develop responsive frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools and implement prompt engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, high‑quality software solutions.
• Ensure applications follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, Secure Coding, and OWASP standards.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering, AI-Generated Testing, and MCP Tool Usage.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred.
• Experience with Payments, Cards, Lending, Core Banking, or Digital Banking Channels is an advantage.
• UAE banking domain knowledge is preferred.
• Candidates must have hands‑on experience building AI-native or GenAI applications.
• Strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript is mandatory.
• Candidates with only backend experience or limited AI exposure as coding assistants will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python.
  • Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, GitHub Actions, OAuth2/OIDC, and OWASP.
