Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking a highly skilled engineer blending full stack development with GenAI capabilities in a UAE context. You will work across Node.js, React.js, TypeScript and NoSQL, integrating AI Agents into real-world workflows and building scalable MERN solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, cloud-based AI, and robust REST/microservices design. Dubai-based with modern tooling and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript & NoSQL.
• Strong MERN Stack experience – Node.js, React.js & MongoDB.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI, LLM, RAG & AI Agents.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph.
• Experience designing and integrating AI Agents into real-world workflows.
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Hands‑on experience with RAG amp; Vector Databases.
• Experience with Cloud & Open Source LLMs.
• Strong REST API & Microservices development.
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI experience.
• Docker & Kubernetes / OpenShift.
• CI/CD, Git amp; production deployment.
• WebSockets, asynchronous programming & event-driven architecture.
• LLM prompt engineering and API/SDK integration.
• Performance tuning, debugging & monitoring.
• Banking or Retail domain experience is an advantage.
• Key Requirement: Candidates should have strong hands‑on experience combining Full Stack Development + GenAI, particularly AI Agents, RAG, LLMs and MERN technologies.
