Job summary

Jeebly is seeking a Supervisor for the Micro Fulfillment Centre in Dubai. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations, drive on-time picking/packing, and monitor KPIs to sustain productivity.

The role requires leading staff, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards. We value 2–5 years of warehouse or micro-fulfillment experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Excel and WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years in warehouse or micro fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and micro fulfillment centre operations.
• Ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
• Monitor workflows to meet productivity and SLA targets.
• Coordinate with inventory, dispatch and delivery teams.
• Plan shifts and manage manpower efficiently.
• Provide on-ground training and operational guidance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and track KPIs like productivity and order accuracy.
