Job summary

- Detail-oriented with strong verification skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily fuel transactions and consumption records through the fuel management system
- Analyze fuel reports and identify discrepancies abnormal consumption or operational issues
- Prepare periodic analytical reports for management review
- Verify fuel usage data against operational activities and fleet equipment records
- Coordinate with operations, workshop and station teams regarding fuel-related investigations and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and support system data integrity
- Assist in improving reporting procedures and fuel control measures
- Support troubleshooting and follow-up related to the fuel management system operations
