Job summary

ESOL Global seeks an experienced Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation (FTI) Application Support Specialist in Fujairah, UAE, to ensure 24/7 production stability, perform RCA, manage Oracle/SQL and Linux environments, and collaborate with global tech teams.

The role requires 4–7 years in banking IT, strong FTI knowledge, and willingness to relocate to the UAE for a full-time position with relocation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of professional IT application support experience within banking or financial services.
• Deep specialized expertise in Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation (FTI).
• Strong domain knowledge in Trade Finance operations (LCs, collections, guarantees).
• Proven hands-on L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Strong Oracle database querying (SQL) and Linux/Unix administration.
• Open to relocate to Fujairah, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for FTI and core trade finance apps.
• Monitor performance, batch processing, and environment stability in a 24/7 banking ecosystem.
• Handle incident resolution, triage, escalation, and RCA documentation.
• Administer and query Oracle databases with advanced SQL for verification and tracing.
• Support Linux/Unix server environments and middleware in enterprise banking.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and infrastructure engineers.
• Support deployments, patching, upgrades, and regression testing.
• Ensure compliance with security baselines and risk protocols.
• Create runbooks, incident reports, and knowledge-base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotations for urgent escalations.
