Job summary

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Front Office Lobby Ambassador in Dubai to warmly welcome guests and provide courteous, efficient service. You will be a touchpoint for guests, guiding them through queueing, check-in assistance, and promoting Rotana services.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, knowledge of hotel offerings, and upselling opportunities at the main entrance and breakfast areas. English fluency is essential, with multilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Multiple language ability is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Be available for Guests at all times as a point of contact.
• Actively represent standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection and interact with guests at the coffee and dates station.
• Welcome guests at hotel main door, assist with check-in flow, and attend to guests on queue and during breakfast.
• Use the Tablet Registration tool to register guests while waiting for their turn at the Front Desk.
• Extend personal service to all Guests, with emphasis on Club Rotana and VIP guests.
• Proactively greet arriving guests at the main entrance and assist from arrival to departure.
