Job summary

Jefferies is seeking an Equities Production Support Analyst to join our Dubai office, delivering frontline support for equities trading and middle office platforms across the Middle East. The role requires close interaction with trading desks, middle office, technology teams and external vendors in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production support role within an Equities trading environment.
• Strong understanding of equities products, trade lifecycle and market flows.
• Experience with front-office trading platforms and middle office systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line production support for Equities trading and middle office platforms in the Middle East region.
• Act as the primary contact for traders and business users, troubleshooting in real-time.
• Monitor system health, trade flows and platform performance to identify issues.
• Support vendor platforms Fidessa and ULLink, plus in-house systems.
• Liaise with external vendor support desks to manage incidents to resolution.
• Collaborate with second-line, development and global support teams to resolve issues.
• Analyse incidents, perform root-cause investigations and document findings.
• Assist with release cycles, enhancements and configuration changes as required.
• Maintain records of incidents and resolutions per support procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements, monitoring and documentation.
