Job Requirements

• Mandatory capability to operate Opera PMS (Property Management System) efficiently for high-speed guest check-ins, check-outs, and accurate room allocations.
• Strict requirement to understand and execute Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) protocols, ensuring flawless passport scanning and daily police logging.
• Proven ability to stand for long 9-hour shifts while maintaining a highly professional, welcoming demeanor toward VIP guests and demanding family groups.

Responsibilities

• Execute rapid and highly accurate front desk operations during peak weekend rushes, ensuring all guest profiles and billing instructions are perfectly updated in the system.
• Absorb and instantly resolve in-house guest complaints regarding room maintenance, housekeeping delays, or billing disputes to prevent negative online reviews.
• Manage the primary cash float securely, process multi-currency credit card transactions, and perform accurate end-of-shift financial balancing.
