Job summary

Mira Construction is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist for our Clinic in Dubai. The Receptionist will provide excellent customer service, manage appointments, and support front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Managing patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person scheduling.
• Handling patient registration and maintaining accurate records.
• Answering inquiries about clinic services and directing calls appropriately.
• Coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Managing billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation as needed.
• Assisting with general administrative duties including filing and data entry.
