Responsibilities

• Welcome parents, students, visitors and external guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information about the Academy, including curriculum and services.
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone and via email with clear communication.
• Support admissions by guiding families through initial steps and tours.
• Maintain accurate records in the school MIS and manage calendar bookings.
