Job summary

Chabé in Dubai is seeking a hands-on leader to build and run its digital acquisition from scratch across B2B and early B2C segments. You will define tools, channels, processes, and collaborate with Sales and tech teams.

This role requires 5+ years in digital acquisition, mastery of Google/Meta/LinkedIn ads, SEO, and analytics, and excellent French and English. You will be autonomous, data-driven, and capable of delivering measurable pipeline results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in B2B and/or B2C digital acquisition in premium service or SaaS.
• Proven mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build from scratch and drive the digital acquisition strategy: select and implement tools, activate SEO, GEO, SEA, paid social and digital outbound channels
• Generate qualified B2B leads and contribute to the commercial pipeline in close coordination with Sales teams
• Manage and optimise B2C campaigns: visibility, conversion rates and cost per acquisition
• Own acquisition KPIs, performance reporting and continuous optimisation roadmap
• Coordinate with tech teams and agencies on tracking, landing pages and marketing tools
