About the Role

Green Modular Trading LLC is looking for a French-Speaking Call Center Agent to join our growing international team in Dubai. We are looking for motivated, confident and ambitious individuals who are fluent in French, have good English communication skills and are interested in developing a career in sales and client relations. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by phone and introduce the company s services and investment products
• Communicate professionally with French-speaking clients and prospects
• Identify client needs and provide clear and accurate information about available products and services
• Follow up with leads through phone email and other communication channels
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Handle client questions and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Record calls conversations and client information accurately in the CRM system
• Follow established sales procedures and communication guidelines
• Work toward individual and team sales and performance targets
• Maintain a professional and positive approach when communicating with clients
• Continuously develop knowledge of the company s products services and internal procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent French — spoken and written.
• Good English — sufficient for communication with colleagues and internal teams.
• Previous sales, telesales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
