Job summary

UAE-Vetwork is seeking experienced freelance English-Arabic interpreters to support a large-scale training programme across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Interpreters will work with international instructors, providing accurate interpretation during classroom-based training.

Responsibilities include consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, familiarising with course terminology beforehand, and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and cultural sensitivity in all interactions across

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Proven professional interpreting experience.
• Able to provide live interpretation in classroom, training, conference or professional environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate English-to-Arabic and Arabic-to-English interpretation during live training sessions.
• Interpret instructor presentations, classroom discussions, questions and learner interactions.
• Ensure information is communicated clearly, accurately and naturally.
• Maintain the meaning, tone and intent of the original speaker.
• Work closely with instructors to familiarise yourself with course terminology ahead of delivery.
• Support effective communication between English-speaking instructors and Arabic-speaking learners.
