Job summary

M+C Saatchi in Dubai is seeking a Freelance AI Designer with a sharp creative eye to blend design excellence with AI-powered tools. You will craft AI-generated visuals, develop compelling key visuals for campaigns, and ensure consistency across brand touchpoints while collaborating with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand/visual design or art direction within an agency or in-house creative team.
• Expertise using AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Stable Diffusion or similar.
• Excellent retouching and image manipulation skills using Photoshop and related tools.
• A portfolio showing AI-assisted campaign work and high-quality visual execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-generated visual concepts for campaigns, pitches, and client presentations.
• Create high-quality Key Visuals (KVs) using AI image-generation tools.
• Upscale, retouch, expand, and refine imagery with AI-powered tools.
• Generate multiple creative routes quickly to support concept development and client presentations.
• Ensure visual consistency across campaign assets and brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and wider teams to bring ideas to life.
• Prepare AI-generated assets for production teams and external vendors.
• Build, organise, and maintain prompt libraries and reusable AI workflows.
• Research, test, and implement emerging AI creative tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Apply strong design fundamentals, including composition, colour, typography, and visual storytelling.
