Job summary

Givaudan in Dubai invites applications for Technology Associate to support fragrance technology initiatives and client projects from our Dubai office. You will report to the Senior Technology Manager for Middle East & Africa and contribute to technical discussions, demonstrations, and collaboration across Development, Commercial and S&T teams.

We seek a chemistry-based professional with 3+ years' experience in fragrance/FMCG, strong lab skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

University degree in Chemistry or relevant scientific discipline.
Minimum 3 years of fragrance/FMCG industry experience.
Extensive experience in project management.
Good knowledge of fragrance and FMCG science and technologies.
Ability to interpret experimental results and propose next experiments.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly laboratory environment per EHS guidelines.
Provide advanced technical support to Development/Commercial/S&T teams within projects.
Collaborate across functions and with customers to ensure continuity of support.
Monitor costs and optimize use of materials and tools.
Contribute to innovation by identifying technical improvements.
Present technology concepts and results to clients and visitors clearly and professionally.
