- Excellent organization and technical knowledge of aroma compounds.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

- Create and refine fragrance formulations from concept to final specs.
- Oversee lab operations and manage raw material quality control.
- Research emerging scent technologies and apply them.
- Engage with suppliers and clients on bespoke fragrance projects.
- Lead product launches and train sales teams and international agents.
