FP&A Manager — AI-Driven Hospitality Forecasting

Job summary

Aldar Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across its hospitality portfolio. The role requires challenging assumptions, driving efficiencies and delivering clear financial narratives to Executive Management and the Board.

You will spearhead AI-enabled FP&A transformations, automate consolidation and reporting processes, and build decision-support tools while guiding a finance team.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A experience.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Knowledge of USALI and GCC hospitality market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, rolling forecast and five-year planning across the portfolio.
• Review and challenge property forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and CAPEX.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support management decisions.
• Prepare concise monthly performance reporting for Executive Management and the Board.
• Partner with Asset Management, hotel operators and Directors of Finance to provide financial challenge and recommendations.
• Monitor CAPEX and project cash flows; support investment analysis (IRR, payback, EBITDA impact).
• Drive FP&A transformation through AI and automation, develop dashboards and ensure responsible AI outputs.
