Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller, FP&A to strengthen financial planning, performance management, and management reporting across the Real Estate Group. The role partners with senior leadership to drive forward-looking analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, with a focus on AI-enabled automation and governance.

The successful candidate will articulate financial insights, manage complex stakeholder deliverables, and present monthly performance decks

Qualifications

• Professional accounting/finance qualification required (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• 12+ years finance experience, with at least 4 years in FP&A or related function.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Asset Management, or project-based industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as central FP&A contact across Real Estate Group and Group Finance requirements.
• Build trusted relationships across Finance and the business to drive alignment and timely delivery.
• Support Head Of Finance in establishing strategic priorities and converting them into implementation plans.
• Lead and review budgets, forecasts, and business plans across portfolios and geographies.
• Manage end-to-end budgeting cycle, including timelines, templates, and reviews.
• Provide predictive analysis and scenario planning to present potential outcomes.
• Lead monthly reviews of financial performance and explain variances.
• Drive FP&A transformation with AI, automation, and dashboards across portfolios.
• Ensure reporting frameworks are simple, measurable, and auditable.
