Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a finance professional to map and reconcile GLs in the BO system, circulate and analyze expense reports, and support budget and reforecast processes. The role focuses on accurate monthly close activities and providing insightful reporting to management in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities include preparing customer profitability, headcount, and FTE analyses, coordinating GAAP adjustments in OFSAA, and delivering monthly expense summaries to the GCFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in accounting or finance.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Business Objects.
• Leadership and influencing skills.
• Team player with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Map and manually upload GLs at customer level in the BO database monthly
• Reconcile GLs and BO monthly and update international mapping
• Assist in circulating business unit expense reports with variance to budget
• Prepare reports such as customer profitability, headcount and FTE, expense reviews, market premium and ALOC
• Assist with monthly GAAP adjustments in OFSAA
• Support annual budget and reforecast processes
• Track expense budgets at cost center and GL level
• Prepare monthly expense summaries and presentations for the GCFO
