Job summary

Hypersignals in Dubai is seeking a Founding CTO to own the technical foundation and write critical code. You’ll shape the architecture, lead the engineering team, and make fast decisions in a high-ambiguity environment as the first senior technical hire.

You’ll build real-time low-latency trading infrastructure, manage production cloud deployment, CI/CD, and incident response, while partnering with the founder on long-term bets and build-vs-buy decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Direct experience building trading exchange or financial systems.
• Expertise in latency-sensitive architectures and real-time systems.
• Solid DevOps background with AWS or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical roadmap for Hypersignals.
• Architect and build real-time low-latency trading infrastructure.
• Design core platform systems for live positions and PnL tracking.
• Own production infra, cloud deployment, CI/CD and incident response.
• Lead early engineering hires and shape engineering culture.
