Job summary

Crypto Pro Network is seeking a CTO / Technical Lead for a Centralized Crypto Exchange (CEX) in Dubai. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in exchange infrastructure and will be responsible for the entire architecture from end-to-end. The role requires building trading systems, designing settlement and custody systems, and overseeing technical sections of exchange license applications. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of crypto regulatory frameworks and previous experience in high-performance matching engines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building trading systems (CEX/DEX/traditional exchanges).
• Experience with high-performance matching engines.
• Strong custody & wallet infrastructure background.
• Real-time system architecture experience.
• Knowledge of crypto regulatory frameworks (VARA, MAS, FCA).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build order book & matching engine.
• Design settlement and custody systems.
• Implement real-time trading infrastructure (low latency, WebSockets).
• Integrate custody providers (Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo).
• Build market surveillance & anti-manipulation tools.

About the Role

Our client is launching a regulated Centralized Exchange (CEX) in the UAE and require a hands‑on Technical Lead / CTO with deep exchange infrastructure expertise.

You will own the exchange architecture end‑to‑end.
