Job summary

Cohere is seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer to join the North product team and deploy North in private cloud and on‑premises environments for enterprise clients.

You’ll run Kubernetes and Helm deployments, work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), apply DevOps practices, and communicate in Arabic and English. This role involves collaboration with customer IT teams, addressing security and data privacy, delivering scalable solutions, and travel to customer sites is 20–40%.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience administering large Kubernetes clusters and Helm.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements and data management practices.
• Experiment at high velocity with a focus on quality to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring data privacy and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Travel to customer premises between 20-40%.
