Job summary

Cohere is seeking an experienced engineer to lead deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments. You will partner with enterprise IT teams to ensure secure data management and scalable deployments across finance, healthcare, and telecom sectors.

You will work at the intersection of AI workspace solutions and client engineering teams, driving fast-paced delivery while maintaining high quality and security standards. Remote-friendly with office network support.

Qualifications

Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure and security requirements.
Experiment at high velocity with quality to deliver customer solutions.
Design deployment strategies aligned with data privacy and security standards.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and minimize downtime.
Travel to customer premises 20-40%.
