Senior Builder Experience
- Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end-to-end. You are the senior technical authority in the room, ensuring deliverables meet the highest engineering standards, whether generated by AI tools or written directly.
- AI‑Supported Engineering: Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes are embedded in your daily workflow. The conventions and patterns you develop tend to propagate through the team because other Builders reference your work.
- Roadmap Influence: Your field experience routes directly to Product and Engineering. Gaps and edge cases encountered in real customer environments become features they ship. Senior Forward Deployed Engineers are the most credible voice in agentic AI product evolution.
- Continuous Innovation: Continuously pilot emerging AI tools, experiment with new models and frameworks, and share insights with your team and customers.
What You’ll Build
- End‑to‑End Deployment: Own the build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers—from architecture decisions through production handoff.
- Agentic System Design: Design and ship agent logic, tool calls, multi‑agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and integration patterns that hold up in enterprise environments.
- Data Lifecycle Management: Own data lifecycle—including model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
- Technical Problem Solving: Resolve blockers that other engineers cannot—data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, performance regressions.
- Performance Dashboards: Build dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Rapid Prototyping: Develop proofs‑of‑concept and MVPs quickly, judiciously choosing what to defer and what must be right the first time.
- Knowledge Sharing: Codify patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks that become orchestral playbooks.
- Mentorship: Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work.
- Technical Depth: Provide depth on at‑risk or strategically critical deployments when senior engineering judgment is needed.
- Field Insight: Surface insights directly to Product and Engineering, feeding the Agentforce roadmap.
- Partnering with Strategists: Collaborate with the Deployment Strategist to translate complex business challenges into ship‑ready agentic solutions.
