Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced forklift mechanic with an ITI Diploma to service and repair forklifts at client sites and in our workshop.

The role requires 5–7 years in a similar position, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to troubleshoot engine, electrical, hydraulic systems, and perform on-site repairs. The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ITI Diploma with 5–7 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify problems with forklift systems (engine, electrical, hydraulic) and perform repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to determine root causes and complete necessary repairs.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency calls, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform on-site repairs and coordinate with other teams as required.
• Repair electrical components in forklifts including wiring, batteries and control panels.
• Overhaul engines, transmissions, differentials and refurbish the complete machine.
• Troubleshoot, inspect and handle engine, gearbox, and hydraulic system tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify problems with forklift such as engine problems electrical system failures hydraulic system leaks coupling and decoupling of accessories and brake issues
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to determine the root cause of the problem and perform necessary repairs
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency calls
• Perform on-site repairs and coordinate with other teams if required
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components in forklift including wiring batteries and control panels
• Troubleshoot and overhauling of engine transmission differential and refurbishment of complete machine
• Trouble Shooting, inspection, coupling / Decoupling of engine, gear box, hydraulic repair.
