Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC is recruiting a Forex Trainer for a leading trading organization in Dubai. You will lead UK-market retention training, coach 100-agent teams, and drive retention and revenue growth.

You will train on Forex, stocks, indices, commodities, and crypto; oversee IB relations and partner programs; deliver weekly onboarding and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Forex Trainer in UK market retention.
• Strong background in retention of UK-based Forex clients.
• Experience training internal teams on trading products and market fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale retention teams (100 agents).
• Hands-on client calling and sales experience.
• KPI-driven mindset with focus on retention, LTV and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Background in financial markets (Forex, stocks, commodities, crypto).

Responsibilities

• Lead training programs for retention agents handling UK market clients.
• Deliver advanced training on retention, reactivation, and revenue maximization in Forex.
• Train and mentor retention teams on objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term engagement.
• Conduct weekly onboarding sessions and structured performance evaluations.
• Develop high-performing target-driven UK retention teams.
• Manage and scale large teams (100 retention agents).
• Drive client lifetime value and retention-focused revenue strategies.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs (retention rate, client activity, revenue per client).
• Train internal teams on financial markets (Forex, stocks, indices, commodities, cryptos).
• Oversee IB and partner relationships; manage commissions; ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

• Lead training programs specifically for retention agents handling UK market clients
• Deliver advanced training on client retention reactivation and revenue maximization within the Forex trading space

Financial Markets & Product Training:

• Train internal teams on financial markets including Forex Stocks Indices Commodities and Cryptocurrencies
• Ensure strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently educate and retain UK-based clients
• Support teams in handling experienced and high-value traders

IB & Partner Management:

• Oversee Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate relationships aligned with retention goals
• Manage partner performance commission structures and engagement
• Ensure brand consistency across all partner and client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Forex Trainer in UK market retention
• Strong background in retention of UK-based Forex clients
• Solid knowledge of financial markets (Forex Stocks Commodities Crypto)
• Experience training internal teams on trading products and market fundamentals
