Job summary

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is seeking a Foreman for roles across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah to support expansion.

The Foreman will oversee installation environments, ensure safety, manage on-site communications, and coordinate with builders, suppliers, and field teams.

Candidates should have ITI/diploma in Electrical/Mechanical and at least 10 years in high-rise elevator or escalator installs, with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in installation methods and able to interpret arrangement drawings.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in High Rise Elevator or Escalator Installation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation environment during activities and manage on-site communication with customers regarding day-to-day installation and logistical matters.
• Ensure the safe, high-quality, and timely installation of equipment in accordance with KONE installation methods.
• Report installation progress to the supervisor and address any shortages or damage by ordering replacement parts promptly.
• Maintain the installation tools in good condition and secure the delivered equipment through proper storage and handling.
• Communicate with builders to prevent work interruptions and stay updated with field letter changes and the A.M. manual.
• Handle the receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
• Execute installations following predetermined methods and schedules.
• Submit reports on timekeeping, quality feedback, and warranty claims for materials.
• Provide feedback to the supply line for continuous product improvement.

Customer Relationship Management
