Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai seeks a creative Footwear Designer to lead men’s footwear collections, from concept through production, with strong CAD and trend forecasting.

You will develop mood boards, color palettes, and technical drawings, collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production, and ensure designs meet cost targets and brand positioning. This fast-paced role requires 3–6 years in footwear design, a Bachelor’s in Footwear or Fashion Design, and proficiency in CAD tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in footwear design, preferably within a retail or apparel brand.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong sense of fashion trends, color theory, and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative men's footwear collections aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Create detailed CAD sketches and technical drawings for product development.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging styles, materials, and colors.
