Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a Footwear Designer who can take a shoe from concept to production-ready design and a complete technical tech pack. The role requires strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, fit, and manufacturing.

You will design and develop footwear collections, create detailed sketches and material specs, and prepare factory-ready tech packs while collaborating with factories through sampling and revisions to ensure the final product reflects the design

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Footwear Designer.
• Strong understanding of footwear construction and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to create complete footwear tech packs.
• Strong technical drawing and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or footwear CAD software.
• Portfolio demonstrating actual footwear designs and technical development.
