Role Description

The Food Server role at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Daily tasks include explaining menu items, accommodating special requests or dietary needs, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and well maintained throughout service. The Food Server also processes payments, handles any guest concerns professionally, and follows all safety, hygiene, and quality standards. This role requires consistent punctuality, a polished appearance, and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.
