Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, expiry dates, hygiene and safety, coordinating with purchasing, and handling customer queries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising food section staff or similar roles in supermarket or retail.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, product handling, expiry control, and stock management.
• Ability to supervise daily section activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare stock reports and update management on section performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Food Section Supervisor, Grocery Supervisor, or Supermarket Supervisor is preferred.
• Experience in supermarket or retail food operations is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, product handling, expiry control, and stock management.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily section activities.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory systems are preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
