Hello Chef in Dubai is hiring a Food Safety Officer to uphold high standards of food safety across our meat and fish processing operations. This hands-on role requires thoroughness, organizational skills, and the ability to identify risks and enforce compliance with established standards.

You will work closely with production teams, reporting to the Operations Manager, and contribute to a structured, safe, and hygienic production environment critical to our brand.

Qualifikationen

• HACCP Level 4 certification.
• Hands-on food-safety experience in meat or poultry processing and production, including raw-meat handling, sanitation and cross-contamination prevention.
• Experience with food-safety inspections, environmental swabbing, microbiological testing and corrective actions.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline and organisational skills.
• Confidence communicating concerns and following through with production teams.
• Good written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Food Safety Compliance: Conduct inspections, verify hygiene and sanitation standards, coordinate food-safety testing, maintain accurate records, and stop or escape unsafe activities.
• Incident Prevention & Resolution: Identify risks, investigate failed inspections and incidents, follow through on corrective actions, and verify that problems are resolved.
