Hello Chef is building a world-class food operation focused on quality, safety, and consistency. We are hiring a Food Safety Officer to uphold high standards across our production, with emphasis on meat and fish processing.

This is a hands-on role for someone thorough, organized, and confident in identifying risks and ensuring standards are consistently followed. You'll work closely with our production teams, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifikationen

• HACCP Level 4 certification is essential.
• Hands-on food-safety experience in meat or poultry processing, including raw-meat handling.
• Experience with food-safety inspections, environmental swabbing, microbiological testing and corrective actions.
• Strong attention to detail and good written/spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Food Safety Compliance: conduct inspections, verify hygiene and sanitation standards, coordinate tests, maintain records, and stop unsafe activities.
• Incident Prevention & Resolution: identify risks, investigate failed inspections and incidents, follow through on corrective actions, and verify problems are resolved.
