Job summary

Talents Tide presents an opportunity with a Dubai government entity for a Food Permits Officer (Emirati) to conduct food safety inspections and ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and standards. You will inspect restaurants, markets, factories, catering businesses and other food establishments, review labels and records, investigate complaints and prepare daily inspection reports with corrective actions.

UAE nationals are encouraged; UAE nationals: no experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Safety, Food Science, Food Processing, Public Health or Environmental Health.
• UAE Nationals: No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of restaurants, markets, factories, catering businesses and other food establishments.
• Inspect imported and exported food products at entry points.
• Verify food safety compliance, hygiene standards and employee health requirements.
• Review food labels, safety documents and establishment records.
