Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Food Quality Team Lead in Abu Dhabi to oversee QA, kitchen standards and hands-on training across multiple QSR outlets and the central kitchen. The role requires driving recipe execution, cooking techniques, and product consistency under brand guidelines.

The candidate will design practical training programs, conduct audits, and ensure strict quality inspections, working closely with chefs and kitchen teams to maintain excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen experience in a QSR environment.
• Hands-on experience in burger and fried chicken QSR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills; MS Office for SOPs.

About the Client: A quick-service restaurant (QSR) concept based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in burgers, fried chicken, and a variety of street-food favorites

Job Description

• Lead food quality assurance, kitchen operational standards, and hands-on culinary training across QSR outlets and central kitchen operations?
• Standardize, and implement recipe manuals, kitchen SOPs, cooking procedures, and guidelines.?
• Design and deliver structured practical training programs for chefs, cooks, and kitchen teams, covering recipe execution, cooking techniques, and product consistency.?
• Conduct regular kitchen audits and food quality inspections as per brand standards.

Qualifications

• Open to 42 years old or below?
• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience in a QSR environment as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Operations Leader, Senior Cook, or equivalent role.?
• Must have hands-on experience in burger and fried chicken QSR operations, with strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, plus proficiency in MS Office for preparing SOPs, recipe manuals, training materials, and audit reports??
• Possess a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car, with the ability to travel between outlets and central kitchen facilities.
