Job summary

Workato in El-Ain, UAE seeks an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen, plan menus, order supplies and supervise staff.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in a similar role, proven kitchen leadership, superb culinary skills and strict knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

You will work with other departments to ensure quality across a fast-paced operation, deliver consistent dishes, maintain costs, and uphold standards. Salary: 1,400 AED per month.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team.
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Must be legally able to work in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, ordering, scheduling, staff management, food preparation, presentation and service.
• Create new recipes while keeping costs low and meeting customer expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations teams to ensure quality and consistency.
