Crazy Horse Paris - The Dubai Edition is seeking fast, organized, and highly accurate Food & Drinks Runners to join our opening team in Dubai. Training begins in October 2026, ahead of the venue opening in November 2026.

This is a high-paced, time-sensitive theatrical dining environment where food and beverage service must be delivered within specific service windows and coordinated around a live performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food Runner or similar hospitality role.
• Banquet, hotel, catering or high-volume entertainment experience preferred.
• Physically capable of carrying multiple plates and trays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support food and beverage delivery across two nightly performances.
• Collect completed orders from kitchen and bar stations.
• Verify table number, seat position, and dietary requirements.
• Deliver bites and beverages quickly during Show 1.
• Deliver main courses, desserts, and drinks during Show 2.
• Maintain accuracy and timing to align with performances.
• Keep runner stations clean and organized.
• Collaborate with Senior Chef de Rang, Bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Adapt to fast-paced, dimly lit theatrical environment.

Position Overview

FOOD & DRINKS RUNNER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Crazy Horse Paris - The Dubai Edition is seeking fast, organized, and highly accurate Food & Drinks Runners to join our opening team in Dubai.

Training begins in October 2026, ahead of the venue opening in November 2026.

This is a high-paced, time-sensitive theatrical dining environment where food and beverage service must be delivered within specific operational windows and coordinated around a live performance.

The venue operates two shows each evening:

Show 1 - Beverages & Bites

A fast-paced theatrical experience focused primarily on beverage service and light bites.

Show 2 - Full Dinner Show

An approximately 3-hour dining and entertainment experience featuring a prix fixe menu, with guests selecting their main course.

The Food & Drinks Runner must be comfortable supporting both food and beverage service depending on the operational requirements of the night.

Candidates with previous banquet, high-volume restaurant, hotel, catering, events, nightlife, or live entertainment experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support both food and beverage delivery across two nightly performances.
• Collect completed food orders from the kitchen pass.
• Collect completed beverage orders from designated bar stations.
• Verify table number, seat position, order details, dietary requirements, and modifications before delivery.
• Deliver bites and beverages rapidly during Show 1.
• Deliver starters, individually selected main courses, desserts, and beverages during Show 2.
• Ensure the correct food and beverage items reach the correct table and guest.
• Follow established table and seat-number systems.
• Work closely with Senior Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang, Bartenders, and the kitchen team.
• Maintain specific food and beverage delivery timings throughout service.
• Prioritize tables according to operational instructions.
• Move quickly while remaining controlled, discreet, and professional.
• Maintain awareness of theatrical cues and restricted service periods.
• Avoid blocking guest sightlines or disrupting the live performance.
• Immediately communicate missing, incorrect, or delayed food and beverage orders.
• Assist with clearing plates and glassware when required.
• Support the rapid reset between Show 1 and Show 2.
• Maintain clean and organized runner stations and service corridors.
• Follow all applicable food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Support additional F&B operational duties where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Drinks Runner, Waiter Assistant, or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Banquet, hotel, catering, high-volume restaurant, nightlife, event, or entertainment experience strongly preferred.
• Physically capable of carrying multiple plates and beverage trays safely.
• Strong tray-carrying skills.
• Fast, organized, and highly time-oriented.
• Excellent attention to table and seat numbers.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while working under significant pressure.
• Comfortable working in a theatrical environment with dim lighting and live performances.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Available to begin training in October 2026.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Operating Standards

This is not a traditional restaurant environment.

Service is fast, highly timed, and coordinated around a live theatrical production. Food and beverages cannot simply be delivered whenever they are ready. Orders must reach guests within specific service windows while respecting performance cues and guest sightlines.

The successful candidate must combine speed, accuracy, timing, awareness, and professionalism throughout every service.
