Job summary

Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City is seeking an energetic F&B Attendant to join our All-Day Dining team. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience from breakfast to dinner.

Join us in an environment that values service excellence, teamwork, and hygiene. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an F&B attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hygiene and safety regulations knowledge in dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Present menus and answer questions, making recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with proper plating and presentation.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to requests for condiments.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor tables, refill drinks, and clear plates as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and staff for smooth service.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Set up and clean dining areas and maintain overall cleanliness.

F&B Attendant (ADD)

We are currently seeking energetic and customer-focused F&B attendant to join our All-Day Dining team. As an F&B attendant in our restaurant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

What Will You Be Doing

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Present menus to guests, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper plating and presentation.
• Anticipate guests' needs and promptly respond to requests for additional items or condiments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, attending to their inquiries, and resolving any concerns or complaints.
• Monitor tables to ensure that guests have everything they need, including refilling drinks and clearing plates.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas, including arranging tables, setting up utensils, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience as an F&B attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in order taking, food and beverage service, and table setup.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Knowledge of different types of cuisine and basic food and beverage pairing.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate a POS system.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in a dining environment.
