Key Responsibilities

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Food and Beverage management team
• Manage emails, correspondence, documentation, and filing accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare, compile, edit, and distribute reports, schedules, and presentations as required
• Coordinate and support monthly payroll activities for the Food and Beverage department
• Maintain and update weekly applications and internal systems in line with IHG standards
• Assist with administrative coordination for breakfast operations when required
• Maintain accurate records for leave, vacation, and lieu days in alignment with HR policies
• Liaise with internal departments for meetings, bookings, and operational coordination
• Handle all information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism

Ideal Profile

• One to two years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
