Job summary

Click Aviation Network is seeking an experienced Flight Operations professional to manage high-standard operation services for customers. You will coordinate with vendors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily flight operations and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in a flight operations environment, a Degree, and aviation training. Flexibility for weekend/night shifts may be needed and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Flight operations/dispatcher/airport operations training or equivalent.
• Licenced flight dispatcher would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ground ops services for customers across stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and minimize flight disruptions.
• Prepare reports, orders, and schedules related to flight operations and safety.
• Distribute correspondence to relevant departments (ops reports, quality control).
• Ensure activities comply with corporate safety and civil aviation regulations.
• Maintain aviation operations files and records (OMs, NOTs, AIP).
• Influence operational units to improve performance and meet standards.
• Produce information/reports for management on a regular basis.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible in providing high standards operation services and others to Click Aviation Network’s customers. To ensure all operation services are coordinated effectively with all key stakeholders and vendors in line with the customer needs. To be accountable and responsible to Flight Operations Supervisor / Manager for all matters pertinent to the daily running of the operation according to Click Aviation Network rules and regulations in line with the approval of authorities and responsibilities assigned.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Controls and delivers effectively both air and ground operations services for customers, while ensuring regulatory compliance and avoidance in any flight disruptions in:
  • obtaining over flight & landing clearances, PPRs and slots
  • coordinating effectively with GHA, fuel, catering, hotel and transportation suppliers/vendors for smooth handling of customer’s flights
• Handles and responds to customer requests, accurately, resourcefully and tactfully.
• Prepares and types reports, orders, and schedules/movements pertaining to flight/aviation operations and flight/aviation safety
• Compiles, prepares, and distributes correspondence to relevant departments, such as flight operations reports and flight/aviation quality control reports
• Ensure that all operation activities provided to customers are achieved in compliance with Click Aviation Network corporate safety and security regulations, local laws, CAA and ICAO rules, regulations and standards.
• Consistently refers to and applies the aviation operations files and records:
  • Company Operations Manuals
  • Operational Notifications
  • AIP
• To influence the decisions of all operational units to enhance and improve performance in order to meet standards set.
• To produce information and reports to management on a regular basis.
• To represent Click Aviation Network externally and internally in the best interests of the company.
• To work on weekends, night shifts and public holidays
