Job summary

Woopel in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic Pastry Chef with at least 1 year of pastry experience, ideally from a high-end kitchen. You should be passionate about culinary arts, with creativity to develop new recipes and a willingness to learn from fellow chefs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year pastry experience, preferably in a high-end kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn from other chefs in the kitchen.
• Immigrant candidates willing to apply will be considered if skilled.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative recipes for pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Bake various types of breads.
• Prepare fillings and icings; design decorations for cakes.
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and take directions from management while thinking independently.
