Job summary

Blackstone Delivery Services LLC is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor in Dubai to lead riders on the ground and keep daily operations on target. The role focuses on supervising attendance, shifts, zones and performance to meet platform targets for on-time deliveries and hours logged.

Responsibilities include handling incidents, maintaining bike compliance with RTA permits, and reporting fleet numbers to management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in last-mile delivery in Dubai, including rider supervision.
• Hands-on experience with Talabat, noon or similar platform fleets.
• Knowledge of RTA delivery rules and Dubai zones.
• Valid UAE driving licence (motorcycle preferred).
• English required; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic an advantage.
