Job summary

Parisima Talent seeks a proactive Operations Leader to ensure the daily transport plan is executed on time, coordinating with delivery teams and stakeholders to sustain performance. You will monitor KPIs, drive efficiency, and support disruption management with safety as a core value.

The role requires strong planning skills, data proficiency in Excel, and a track record in manpower delivery within the GCC market.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of business strategy, technical knowledge, and commercial management.
• Good understanding and experience of data exploitation (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Good operational experience in particular manpower delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational delivery teams and ensure on‑time transport execution.
• Monitor KPIs like on‑time delivery, fuel use, and safety performance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations managers to protect transport operations during disruptions.
• Develop incident response plans and coordinate with safety and DOC teams to improve practices.
• Ensure frontline staff are effectively utilized within the PS operation.

Ensures the seamless and punctual delivery of the daily transport plan through the robust planning preparation and management of resources in conjunction with the resource delivery teams Accountable for leading and motivating the daily operational delivery teams by developing a highly engaged working environment where colleagues are customer focused work flexibly and are recognised for individual contribution and team performance Creates and leads a performance driven organisation through effective performance line management responsibilities Monitors key performance indicators KPIs such as on-time delivery fuel consumption and driver safety to measure operational efficiency Leading on the day performance of all operational team s activities supporting the delivery of departmental performance targets Ensuring all ad hoc work requests are delivered as per the customer requirements Continuous collaboration with all internal stakeholders such as sales account operations managers to ensure transport operations remain protected during major incident or disruption Instrumental in instigating and participating in disruption management processes Working collaboratively with DOC teams to drive operational efficiencies and enhance working practices Working alongside Dulsco safety team to role model and champion safety behaviour s challenging non-compliance Develops and implements incident response plans conducts incident investigations and takes corrective actions to prevent recurrences Working closely with resource delivery team to ensure front line staff are utilised effectively within the PS operation Responsible for ensuring that highest level of safety is maintained throughout daily deployments Representation during safety events and accountable for ensuring the correct reporting processes are followed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
