Job summary

Averda is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to own daily vehicle deployment, route planning, and fleet coordination to ensure safe, efficient waste collection operations in the UAE.

You will lead drivers and dispatch teams, monitor KPIs, optimize routes, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with Sales, Key Accounts, and maintenance teams to deliver high service levels.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in waste management operations.
• Experience with vehicle routing, fleet scheduling, GPS tracking, and fleet management systems.
• Experience managing a fleet of heavy and light commercial vehicles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team leadership.
• Knowledge of UAE roads and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily vehicle deployment and resource allocation.
• Plan routes, schedules, and fleet utilization to maximize productivity.
• Ensure timely vehicle dispatch and handle breakdowns and service disruptions.
• Maintain fleet records and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare monthly incentive and KPI calculations for frontliners and operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Key Accounts, and other teams.
