You will monitor maintenance, track fuel usage and mileage, assist with inspections, and prepare regular fleet reports. A 1–3 year background in fleet/logistics and MS Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE transport regulations is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and service schedules.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate preventive and corrective repairs.
• Track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and mileage reports.
• Assist in vehicle inspections and ensure fleet compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with drivers, workshops, vendors and transport authorities.
• Process fleet-related documentation, permits and renewals.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly fleet performance reports.
• Monitor vehicle availability and support dispatch operations.
• Report accidents, breakdowns and maintenance issues to management.
• Ensure all fleet data is updated and maintained in the fleet management system.
