Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Dubai is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage registrations, insurance, service schedules and performance reporting. The role involves coordinating with drivers, workshops, and authorities to ensure compliant fleet operations.

You will monitor maintenance, track fuel usage and mileage, assist with inspections, and prepare regular fleet reports. A 1–3 year background in fleet/logistics and MS Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE transport regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and service schedules.
Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate preventive and corrective repairs.
Track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and mileage reports.
Assist in vehicle inspections and ensure fleet compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with drivers, workshops, vendors and transport authorities.
Process fleet-related documentation, permits and renewals.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly fleet performance reports.
Monitor vehicle availability and support dispatch operations.
Report accidents, breakdowns and maintenance issues to management.
Ensure all fleet data is updated and maintained in the fleet management system.
